Post & Packaging

We only currently ship to the UK. All orders are sent via 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail and are dispatched within 1 – 3 business days. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. All timescales are indicative only.

Post & Packaging costs are as follows –

1st Class Royal Mail

Orders up to £6 – £2 post & packaging

Orders £7 upwards – £3.95 post & packaging

2nd Class Royal Mail

Orders up to £6 – £1.25 post & packaging

Orders £7 upwards – £2.95 post & packaging

Returns

If your products(s) arrive damaged or faulty please get in touch via our contact page or email within 7 days of delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order or return you item(s) we abide by ‘distance selling’ regulations. You must inform us of your wish to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt of your item(s). You must then return the item(s) within 14 days of this date in the same condition as they were purchased. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the receipt date of returned item(s).

Please note that the above does not apply to commissions or any other personalised items as these are non returnable.
